Hi xAI Game Studio team,

I'm Diana G. Munoz. Until January I was Member of Program Staff for Computer Vision & Multimodal Data Operations on Grok Imagine — I led creative pipeline development, designed evaluation rubrics for high-fidelity image & video generation, and transitioned the Imagine creative production pipeline to incoming product leadership before stepping out. Concept & product designer by training (Gadget-Bot / Kaidro, Iridium / People of Note, Moonton / Watcher of Realms, Apex Legends skins via Respawn).

I'm writing with a direct proposal: I'd like to sell Klawdashev — a coordination MMO I built solo on Grok — to xAI Game Studio, and to come in alongside it. Two threads, one ask:

  1. Acquire Klawdashev. I'm offering the IP, source, design bible, and live build to the Studio outright — clean cap table, sole author, no co-owners, no investor overhang. Three shapes, on a single axis — IP without me, IP with me, or me bringing the IP: (a) full IP sale, clean handoff — you own it, I'm out; (b) IP sale + I stay on to ship it, as work-for-hire or full-time, whichever the Studio prefers; (c) I join xAI Game Studio and the IP rolls in with me as the kernel of an AI-native multiplayer line — a hire, not an acquisition. I have a number in mind and a deal memo ready; happy to start from your structure instead.
  2. What you'd be acquiring. A coordination MMO that already runs on Grok — web-first, identity-native, no synthetic resources or turn clock. Players sign in with Google + X; your X profile is your character, and a Grok diagnostic produces archetype, signal band, and mission seeds from public timeline context. Progression is a K-Δ signal weight inspired by Kardashev (humanity climbing the energy / engineering ladder), paired with a real-time momentum tank. Strategy is a graph of claims and evidence, not a tech-tree resource puzzle. Local "claws" assist drafting under a hard autonomy fence — no autonomous public actions. Shipped solo to the GitHub Game Dev Jam (Apr 26, 2026). Stack: SPA frontend + FastAPI / SQLite, OAuth-hardened, audit-logged, designed as a thin client over real APIs.
  3. And — bring me with it. The combination is uncommon: production-grade concept and art direction, shipped solo game dev, and the operational muscle I used on Imagine — talent frameworks, human-in-the-loop quality bars, cross-functional orchestration across 50+ engineering stakeholders. I'd rather steward Klawdashev inside xAI than hand it off cold, but I'll do whichever serves the Studio.
