Initially a concept designer for video games from indie to AAA, I dove into creating with AI around the time of Midjourney's beginnings, and very intentionally built a path to my role at xAI as a Member of Program Staff for Computer Vision & Multimodal Human Data Operations, Grok Imagine where I led creative pipeline development, and designed evals for high-fidelity image & video generation. There I had the honor to design SOTA systems in collaboration with around 50 engineering stakeholders at peak, and to work alongside, identify, and coordinate the most excellent and competent multidisciplinary team of 300+ individuals from the film, television, game, design, and data industries.
In January 2026, I voluntarily resigned from the team with nothing but positive sentiment throughout the decision and transition, as I felt so complete in that our team had a compounding momentum in quality of specialization and systems organization to a degree that was world-class well-oiled — a hunch unanimously confirmed by Grok Imagine hitting 1st Place on the Video Design Arena.
